It is time to Pay attention to Your Health.

Maxine from royalpalmprotection.com is here with you. Are you experiencing any symptoms that are causing you to worry like blurred vision, persistent pain, numbness in limbs, diarrhea, urinary frequency, shortness of breath, constipation and anything out of the ordinary? If so, the time is now to pay attention to your health before it is too late. These symptoms are signals that your body is out of balance and it needs to be rebalanced.

TIME FOR A CHECKUP

Without a doubt, these symptoms should be checked out by a health professional at a clinic, hospital or private office. It does not matter where you go as long as the healthcare facility is certified and you get your health screening done. Routinely, you will need to have blood and urine tests done. Sometimes, the health professional will request a stool test. Also, you will get your temperature, pulse rate, respiration and blood pressure taken and recorded.

TIME FOR THE DIAGNOSIS

After the examination and the results are in from all tests, the health professional  can hopefully identify what is going on with you. This is called a diagnosis. If the diagnosis is unfavorable, you should not worry. Worrying will only cause undue stress to your already comprised body. It is possible that medication will be prescribed. Please take it to help you feel better.

Most of the time people worry because they are not informed. You will not suffer in that area. For your information, according to World Health Organization(WHO), the ten top causes of death are ” ischemic heart disease, stroke, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,  lower respiratory infection, Alzheimer disease and other dementia, trachea, bronchus, lung cancer, Diabetes mellitus,  road injury, Diarrhoeal diseases and Tuberculosis.”

You have been diagnosed and informed let’s run along and make some changes to improve your health.

TIME FOR ACTION

More than several changes should be made to improve your health. You should do the following:

  1. Take medication as prescribed or a highly recommended natural alternative. Please remember that the recommended dosage of a substance is according to body weight.
  2. Eat foods that heal – low in sodium and high in fiber. Some super healing foods are papaya, kiwi, cranberry, wheat grass and dragonfruit, just to name a few.
  3. Exercise regularly.
  4. Maintain a good body weight. Excessive stress on your heart is not healthy at all.
  5. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. Drinking herbal teas, natural juices, water and fresh air are healthier choices.
  6. Keep yourself safe.

Implementing these changes should help you to reduce the risk of having symptoms of illness. In some cases, the body actually starts to heal. We will talk about this in another blog.

Finally, it is clear there is a greater probability that your health can improve by you taking the time to pay attention to your health, by visiting a health professional,  being diagnosed, being informed and implementing simple life sustaining changes in your daily routine.

Think Prevention to Improve Health and Safety.

It is a known fact that people spend their lives reacting to problems when they could have prevented them in the first place by making simple changes in their daily routine.

Unless something is already wrong nobody knows what is going to happen to them, but you could surely safeguard yourself by developing a more defensive mindset.

This would lead to changes that would help you to be healthy and safe. My advice on prevention is to help those who wish to be informed.

IMPORTANCE OF PREVENTION

Today, if you were given the opportunity, wouldn’t, you protect you child from danger at all cost? And, if given another opportunity, wouldn’t you maintain and support your disabled mother?

Finally, if given another opportunity,  wouldn’t you attempt to diffuse a fight between family members to reduce the risks for all involved? The answer to all of these questions  would be yes. Right?

This is what prevention is about. In a nutshell, it is about protecting what you have, maintaining a specific health situation and reducing risks whenever possible. With all that being said, the most precious asset who deserves to be protected and maintained is YOU!

CHANGE YOUR MINDSET. AND LIVE LONGER

Fortunately, one of my favorite phrases, ” one ounce of prevention is worth more than one pound of cure ” is true. It is better to prevent rather than to try to develop a cure for it. In regards to diseases, finding cures for them are costly and at times impact our communities in a negative way.

In reality, when you embrace the concept of wanting to live for a long time and needing to live healthy and safe, your mindset changes. Then, you start to do the things required to achieve  a safer and healthier lifestyle. This is easy and doable.

DOABLE THINGS TO IMPROVE LIFE

To implement a change in your mindset, you need to make changes in your daily routine. You could benefit from the following actions:

1) Eat foods that heal your body and not harm it. You could try a plant based diet.

2) Drink herbal  teas such.as lemon grass, balsam, peppermint, ginger and chamomile just to name a few. These teas will relax you and promote healing of the body.

3) Exercise regularly not excessively. This helps to increase and improve your metabolism

4) Enjoy a hobby to relieve stress.

5) Ask for guidance and strength from God.

By doing these things , the dis-ease of the body should be reduced or eliminated.  My friend, you are well on the road to success!

BE A ROLE MODEL

It’s not hard doing the right thing. Your family will be proud of the change happening before their eyes. Then, one by one, they too will want this lifestyle and start to follow in your footsteps. What a miracle!!

Finally, I have shown you how important prevention is for health and safety and why changing your mindset to thinking about prevention is absolutely necessary. The change starts with you so that others will be inspired to follow. Trust me we all want to enjoy our families and including these simple activities will allow you to do so.

If you have any questions or comments, please leave them below. Until next week, have a Blessed day.

BLESSINGS ALONG THE WAY

This is not odd at all. It is a pleasure to give a hand whenever it is needed. I have been caring for children and the elderly for many decades. So, I know when and why people need help. Also, my family is large and we have experienced traditional  health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma and cancer. And, we survived. How? It took some doing! You have to, most important, pay attention to what you eat and how you exercise.

It is my intention to share my knowledge of herbs, healthy recipes and public health experience with you. Honestly, I  want to enjoy sharing and guiding you to invest in things that you need.

CHOOSE ONE OUNCE OR ONE POUND

Helping people is one of the easiest things to do. And so, I help because I want you to be more educated about the things that you can do to choose one ounce. It is safe to say that, ” one ounce of prevention is worth more than one pound of cure.” Let’s take a look.

Just to list some examples of  choosing prevention such as drinking herbal teas, monitoring vitals regularly,  eating healthy foods, taking walks using sturdy shoes, using an umbrella in the rain and sun, fixing a leaky roof and putting the baby in the correct car seat are things you could do to keep yourself healthy and safe. These examples may seem odd to you. But, if you really ponder on them you will see, I am saiying the truth. Topics like these will be discussed in my blog and more!

AND FINALLY

Before, I told you it is my intention to basically help you to help yourself by offering real solutions to real problems. As long as you are willing embrace advice given, I am here.  I discussed  choosing prevention which is my way of saying choosing one ounce. Surely, this choice will help you to live healthier and safer. About Maxine describes ” the health and safety” me in a nutshell.
