Just yesterday, while rushing to take the grandchildren to school, I neglected my normal routine of checking my vitals and having breakfast. I was running late. For a minute, I started to feel dizzy and awful. Luckily, I was able to eat a Built Bar that I had stashed away in my purse for emergency purposes.
As a diabetic, I have to constantly be aware of my sugar level and, if necessary, bring it back to a normal reading. As I stated earlier these types of situations do happen especially when you are rushing. Being prepared for the situation helped me out in a big way.
Built Bar saved my day. This is a real solution for a normal everyday problem. It was my turn that day and I was prepared. Do you think it is a good idea to keep at least one or two available for emergencies? Your situation could be different from mine, but everybody needs a source of energy and protein.

2) It is ambrosial with a variety of seven chocolate flavors. Soon there will be eight. For now, there are six cremes and one mousse. You can enjoy a melt in your mouth sensation – no crunch like Munch. Even the elderly with minor chewing issues can enjoy it.

4) It is nutritionally sound because it is 110 calories, 15 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber, 4 grams of fat and 7 grams of net carbs and 4 grams of sugar. Based on my regime, I am only allowed one or two per week as a treat.

This could not come at a better time. I love chocolate and it’s my favorite but as a diabetic it’s not easy to have chocolate because it raises your sugar level. They can only make chocolate with no sugar I’d be in heaven.
But these protein bars look excellent. I would love to try these out. They would be great as a snack. I’ve never heard of these before. Are they brand new?

Being busy at the office sometimes I can hardly have even time for a break, especially on Thursday and Friday, however, that does not mean that my stomach is fine with the break from food as well. I have and always have had a major craving when it comes to chocolate, and as many others do also, especially my daughter, lol.
So this has given a great way to substitute other ways to ease the cravings, I love to use raw cocoa, and mix this with home made no dairy ice cream with other health alternatives to sugar such as honey or coconut sugar (my favourite :-)).
